MAKARA COUNTY COUNCIL
The monthly meeting of the Makara. County Council was held to-day. Present : Councillors S. Bryant. (in the chair), E. Windley, D. Prosser, and S. Bowler.
The matter of securing the collection of the dog-tax was left m the hands of the chairman, and the clerk (Mr. Beach).
An application by Best Brothers for revision of the names on the Electors' Roll was granted.
It was decided to advise allotment holders of boat and bathing sheds that the buildings must be erected on sites allotted by the County Council.
Accounts totalling £93 12s 4d were passed for payment.
