I For the final gallops the weather was fine and the tracks fast. Sydney Damsel ran seven furlongs in lmin 28sec, and Cetinge beat Gambler's Gold over seven furlongs in lmin 28sec. Kennaquhair beat lan 'Or over a mile in lmin 43sec. Artilleryman did six furlongs in lmin 16|sec, Poitrel nine furlongs in 2min lsec, Eusebius six furlongs in lmin 10i see. Whizbang covered a mile in lmin 45sec. Wedding Day and All Aboard went six furlongs in lmin 19sec, Greg nine furlongs in 2min O^sec, Palm Leaf five furlongs in lmin Bsec, and Remmon six furlongs in lmin lessee. Kenilford and New Zealand beat Amazonia over one and a-quaxter miles done in 2min 12£ sec.
