. LONDON, ,30th March. ' The Morning Post's Paris correspondent states that there are a hundred thousand refugees in the Crimea at present. They are all gentle-born Russians, who ha,ve escaped their would-be exterminators. Unless the AHies provide ships and coal quickly, they will be wiped out by the victorious Bolsheviks. The refugees desire-to go to Crete or Serbia until Russia is again tranquil. \
