SOME TIME BEFORE NEW ELECTION.

So far no official notification in regard to the receipt of the certificate of the Election Court which declared l void the election of Mr. R. Masters far the Stratford seat has been received. The Legislature Act lays down that when the Government is in possession of the official notification the Govenior-Gsnerai, there being no Speaker of the House of Representatives for the time being, shall allow at least 10 days to elapse before announcing the decision of the Court in The Gazette, and after that «ha)l issue the warrant for the new election. It is obvioua, tnerefore, that some time must dapga before the new election can ba field.
