DIVORCE CASES

Two divorce cases, in which: decrees nisi had been made, came up for further consideration at tha Supreme Court before Mr. Justice Chapman this morning. The decree in the case of Wiggins v. AViggins, wife's.petition, was made a.bsolute on the motion of Mr' Kirkcaldie, and custody of the children was granted petitioner

The case of Foreman v. Foreman, in which Mr. Mazengarb moved on behalf of Alice Foreman, the petitioner, for a decree absolute and custody of the child, was adjourned until Wednesday nest.
