It was decided at a meeting held at Newtown last week to form a League football team for the coming season, and officers were elected as follow.—Presidont, Mr. F. Townes; vice-presidents, Messrs. .H. Tonks, and M'Shane; hon. secretary and treasurer, Mr. E. W. Cooper; club captain, Mr. M. Pollock; delegates to centre,' Messrs.- E. Cooper and 6. Lawlor; club committee, Messrs.
