TROOPS AWAITING EVENTS

LONDON, 19th March,
Correspondents state that no one believes that the troops will be disarmed.
The Australian Press Association learns that-private telegrams indicate that the troops did not proceed to Doberitz, but are encamped on the outskirts of' Berlin awaiting developments. The troops may be expected to take advantage of any situation created by the Spartacists, and the attitude of the workers is awaited with anxiety. The general .strike continues. The leaders demand the resignation o"£ Noske and thp Prussian Minister, Heine, that no amnesty shall be given to Luttwitz and his confederates, . and that the workers shall be allowed to take an extensive part in the new Government.
