ATTITUDE OF FRANCE
NO REVISION OF TREATY.

M. Millerand, Premier of France, in an interview, said that while France does not intend to interefere in Germany's internal politics, she cannot stand idly if events threaten the national security of Prance. The nation will not pursue a,policy of hate towards a beaten enemy, but must insist that there shall be no compromise on the terms of the Treaty. France alone would 6u£fer from any revision or modification of the Treaty.
