MELBOURNE, This Day. The Northern Territory Commission further examined Dr. Gil'ruth, who denied that the Daly River district was unsuitable for farming, and that he instituted a "black list" in the Territory. He_ also denied there was a list of prosscribed people, who Were not to receive employment from ihe Government.
