DUNEDIN, 23rd February. William Stanley Miller, whoestablished a new Picton-Bluff motor record, was fined £10 and costs at the Police Court, for /driving at a dangerous speed. According to a newspaper account, pi'oduced by the Police Department, he was averaging forty miles an hour.
