Tho American Federation of Labour has issued a proclamation calling upon its members to organise a great movevcotit to defeit all aspirants for offices who have ref:t:"ed to meet Labour's deuiands. The pvoclanjation asserts that ovary effort- ai:*do to se.rara radical constructive* legislation hii-s beea strangled by the c:iex:Bs of Labour, who spread vicious, propaganda, against tho efforts of the toilers to better themselves, and hare endeavoured to enact legislation providing for compulsory labour. Efforts have been mads to suppress free association, free speech, and a free press. Organised Labour owes allegiance to no political party. '
