GERMANY'S COAL DEFAULT
MILLERAND'S THREAT OF
COERCION,
PARIS, 7th February, In the course of his speech in the Chamber of Deputies, M. Miilerand, said that Germany's non-delivery of her quota of_ coal in January constituted a flagrant failure to cany out the Treaty. The Government would secure its carrying out, and if necessary would have recourse to all military, and economic coercive measures. He considered that the time limits had. already expired.
