SCHEME LIKELY TO BE DROPPED,
PARIS, 6th. February. Abandonment of the scheme for trade with Russian co-operative societies 'is probable owing to the Soviet's action in combining them under Government control. France persists in her attitude of having no intercourse with Russia.
