NEW YORK, 7tli February. The New York Lawn Tennis Association has decided to challenge Australia for the Davis Cup prior to Ist March. The association decided to join the International Tennis Federation, with certain stipulations, including one that individual championships shall be held in rotation by different nations. It was decided also to enter for the British championships at the Olympic Games.
