ANOTHER ATTEMPTED MURDER
LONDON, Bth January. An.unknown person fired a .revolver.at, Sir Alfred Dobbin, formerly High Sheriff of the. City of Cork, 'who will bo remembered 'for 1 tho famous fight lie put up against twelve Lurkiii Irish transporters in Dublin. Sir Alfred Dobbin had a very narrow escape. The bullet penetrated his clothing, and was stopped by a button. The assailant escaped.
