PARIS, 7th January. Tho directors of the Pasteur Institute draw attention to the great increase in tuberculosis in the occupied regions in North France, due to underfeeding in the war, and urge special treatment, including a seaside or country vacation for children. The colonies have already beneficially tried medical inspection of schools and State dispensaries.
