JAPANESE AT IRKUTSK
NOT A FIGHTING FORCE.
LONDON, 7th January.
The Australian Press Association corresopndent is officially informed that the Japanese troops were sent to Irkutsk not as a fighting force but merely to protect Japanese residents.
