The piece chosen for the opening production is the drama "The Man Who Came Back." This is not war play—the plot having nothing whatever to do with any incident of the late war. The "Coming Back" is the regeneration of a young and* foolish man, led by a good and beautiful woman._ It will be staged for the first five nights, and. will give way to "The Bird of Paradise." In "The Man Who Came Back" Muriel Starr will be seen as "Marcelle," a cabaret singer. According to contemporaries it is a part that calls for the highest type of dramatic acting.
