NORTHERN UNION TOUR

LONDON, 6th January. The Northern • Union Council considered the ]NW South Wales League's letter, and accepted the proposed terms for an Australian tour with slight variations, and appointed a manager. It was decided to allow the players 15s weekly on board ship, 40s ashore, and a bonus of £10 on leaving the Dominions. A portion of the j>rofits will be reserved against players' applications for benefit.
