WASHINGTON, 7th January.
A cable message received fyom President Menocal, of Cuba, states\that half Cuba's sugar crop will still be available, and advocates its purchase by the United States. President Wilson recently announced that the united States did not contemplate acquiring the 1920 Cuban crop.
