MR. R. A. WRIGHT AT KARORI

Mr. R. A. Wright delivered his closing address in the Wellington Suburbs contest at the Methodist Hall, Karori, last evening. Mr. B. G. H. Burn (Mayor) occupied the chair. The candidate received a good hearing. He reviewed the political situation exhaustively, and enlarged upon the question of nationalisation of. coal mines (which he opposed), indentured labour, and1 the Labour Party's platform. After answering questions he was accorded a hearty vote of thanks.
