SYDNEY'S LORD MAYOR
SECOND BALLOT ENDS IN A TIE,
(UNITED TRESS ASSOCIATION—COP-RIGHT.) SYDNEY, 16th December. The second attempt to elect a Lord Mayor has failed, Alderman Richards and Lambert again receiving 13 votes each. The council has accordingly adjourned till 30th December, when another effort will be made.
