STRAND THEATRE.
The splendid picturi_ation of the wellknown dtama, "The Whip," which is now showing at the Strand Theatre, is drawing large audiences. The picture is full of thrilling incidents, chief amongst them being the great motor smash, tha train wreck, and the sensational horse race. Alma Hanlon, a fine horsewoman, plays the lead, and is assisted by five other star artists.
