CIVIL CASES.
G. Vulgar was ordered to give G. A. Adams possession of a house within one month and pay £12 12s 6d rent owing, with 30s 6d costs.
Judgment by default was given for plaintiffs in the following undefended civil cases:—Petone Borough Council v. Thomas Te Puni, £17 3s, with 15s costs; same v. Eparaima Takarangi, £168 8s sd, with £3 13s costs; H. V. Westbury v. C. R. Crighton, £7 8s 6d, with 12s costs.
