WELLINGTON RESOLUTIONS.
BRINGING ASSOCIATION INTO RIDICULE.
(Bi TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIAIION.)
PALMERSTON N., 15th December. The meeting of the Wellington District Executive of the Returned Soldiers' Association passed motions endorsing the action of the executive sub-committee in electing Messrs. Perry and Smith to the vacancies caused by the resignation ot Messrs. Belhand Curtayne; that the resolution of the Wellington R.S.A. regarding the appointments to the 'Dominion sub-executive was ultra vires; that tho Wellington Returned Soldiers' Association (or at least a portion of it) is1 bringing the cause of the Returned Soldiers' Association' into disrepute and ridicule • and that it b_ a recommendation to Mr' Sievwright to express Ms indignation by resigning from the Returned Soldiers' Association, and, if necessary, forming _ new association.
