BRITANNIA THEATRE.
"The Uplifte^s," which is being shown at the Britannia Theatre this week, is a story of Bohemia. May Allison, who takes the lead, eclipses her previous work in this feature. The word Bohemia is clothed with, all the colours of romance to the uninitiated, but the reality, according to the picture, is rather more humdrum than plain, every day life, and May Allison has no regrets when a real man happens on the scene. Excellent supports are also shown.
