JOHNSONVILLE TRAIN SERVICE

TO THE EDITOR.

Sir,—l notice it is intended, according to the new railway time-table, to run a tram at 9.15 p.m. for Johnsonville. How about tho shop employees who are detained at business till 9 p.m.? I 3 no consideration to bo given them? At present they have to wait till 10.30. and it is f™"' that thoy.are nothing to catch the y.15, as 15 minutes does not allow time to travel from Cuba or Willis streets to Inomdon, especially if one has to wait for cars. I hope that tho Railway authorities will see thoir way clear to make it 9.20 or 9.25, and give the shop worker a chance to get home, instead of wandoring round till 10.30, as is at present the case.—l am, etc.,

■ c , • , SHOP WORKER, otli December.
