ANOTHER STREET FATALITY

A returned soldier named Charles Nattrass, a brother of Mr. H. Nattrass, of the firm' of Nattrass and Harris, was struck down by a motor-car driven by John Fearon, of Petone. at the intersection, of Thorndon-quay and Lower Tina-kori-road, shortly before eleven o'clock this morning. He was removed to tho Public Hospital, but his injuries were so severe that death ensued at about halfpast one this afternoon.
