RESUMPTION ON 14th DECEMBER.
The pre-war railway time table, it is understood, will be resumed on 14th December. It 'is not yet :kn'o'wn"whether other privileges of railway travel which were curtailed during the war—excursion fares, for instance, and special, conces--sions to athletic teams, etc.—will be reinstated at the same. time.
