_ CAIRO, 28th November The situation is quieter Lord Allenby, under tho provisions of martial law, has ordered students to return to school, under pain of exclusion from examinations. Inflammatory documents threaten the paralysis of _ the railways, and declare that the railwaymen are armed and intend to kill volunteer workers.
