A REPORTED REVOLT
(Received November 29, 10 a.m.) WASHINGTON, 28th Nov. It is reported that a new revolt has begun in Mexico, and that President Carranza has fled from the capital. (REUTERS tki.e.kaji.) (Received November 29, 11.30 a.m.) WASHINGTON, 28th November. The .State Department announces that there 'are unconfirmed reports of civil war in Mexico between Carranza and Obregon. Carranza has fled to Queretaro.
