THE LABOUR LEADER
10 THE EDUOn. .. Sir,—ln your issue of Tho Post of 25th inst. under the heading "Platform Points" appears >the report of. my having said that Mr. Holland was the leader of tho "small Labour wing in Parliament." I regret to have to state that I did not- make use of these words. What I said was that Mr. Holland was tho loader of the Labour Party in Parliament, and a very able, leader he was, too. If, however, the party returned in sufficient strength next election, tho question of leadership woidd again come up for consideration, and probably a change of leadership might take placo, and that Mr. Paul, etc.. etc. During my experience on the public platform I iia'vo had very -little indeed to complain of concerning misreportin/r, and I am only writing this correction after having consulted fourteen of tho eighteen members of the Hutt L.R.C. who accompanied mo to Eastbourne.—l am, etc.D. K. PRITCHARD. Lower Hutt, 26th November.
