(RE-TEH- TELEGRAM.) (Received November 24, .2 p.m.) LONDON, 20th November. Colonel Amery, addressing the Colonial Missionary meeting, said that it might be argued that, having established the League of Nations, concentrated efforts upon imperial unity had become unnecessary anu might even be harmful. He entirely disagreed with that opinion. The more we develop the principles of unity and co-operation within the Empire the more, we will be ablo to help the nower League to deal l effectively with our problem-.
