BRITISH SOON TO WITHDRAW.

(BEUTER's TELEGRAM.)

LONDON, 19th'November. . The Admiralty states that the bulk of the British Fleet will return from the Baltio very shortly. During the winter British vessels will merely enter the southern Baltic ports for police purposes.

LONDON, 21st November.

Mr. Lloyd George, in the House of Commons, said that it was-proposed that the British Fleet should control the Baltio in the spring.
