WASHINGTON; 2nd October. The Senate Conference has agreed to a Bill for .the enforcement of prohibition. The Bill permits the manufacture of ~non-intoxicating cider and fruit juices by individuals for use in thei^ own homes. The definition of intoxioatin'g drinks was not changed by the Conference. It prohibits the manufacture, sale, ,of. use of beverages containing more than one-half of obe per cent. of alcohol. ;
