LONDON, 29th September. , The Ministry of Food is satisfied with the arrangements in regard to food distribution. The ration order1 must be rigidly enforced, ensuring a fair shari to everybody. At Hyde Park to-day there was distributed forty per cent, of London's normal' milk supply, which totals 215,000 gallons. The Prime Alinister is issuing an appeal 'to the mayors throughout the country, urging them to organise local services to assist in the food distribution and other public services.
