RETURNED MEN
During July 5687 officers and men of the N.Z.E.F. returned to New Zealand, making the'total to date. 65,740. Of this number, 59,068 have been discharged or gazetted out of the forces; 1537 have returned to duty, 1338 are awaiting discharge, 59 are awaiting return to duty, 1331 are under treatment in hospitals or. convalescent homes, and 1880 are under treatment.
