LONDON, sth August. Mr. P. H. Rose, Labour member for Aberdeen, has quitted the Labour party until Mr. Neil M'Lean resigns the office of whip to the party.
[Mr. M'Lean remained seated in the House of Commons whilst the National Anthem was being sung.]
