WANGANUI, This Day. ■ An elderlyl man named Alfred Franklyn Roy was removed to the hospital yesterday morning from the Central Police Station cells suffering from.the effects of poisoning. He was locked up on Saturday, and was found to-be in a bad way. At 10.30 p.m. he told the police that he had taken poison.
