DELEGATES ASK FOR DELAY
PRESENT FORM UNACCEPTABLE,
(AOSTRALIAN-NSW ZEALAND CABLE- ASSOCIATION.) (Received July 23, 2 p.m.) PARIS, 22nd- July. The Austrian Peace delegates are reported to have refused to sign the Treaty in its present form, and to have asked for an extension of time for a fortnight to examine the terms and prepare a reply.
