MAGISTRATE'S COURT

In, the Magistrate's Court to-day, before Mr. E. Page, S.M., Roy Albert Delaney, who appeared on remand on a charge of criminal assault at Petone on 12th July, was further remanded to 30th instant.

James Whiting, charged with a serious offence against a male, was also remanded till 30th July.
