(BT TBIEGRAFH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.) * AUCKLAND, 20th July. .Leonard N. Fishor, aged 24, a postal employee, and his wife, wero knocked down by a cyclist in the street. Fisher sustained a, fracture of the skull and was conveyed to the hospital in.a critical condition. Mrs. Joseph Hollows, wife Of the inspector of factories, stepped on to a verandah to vieiY the Peace procession. The structure gave way, and Mrs. Hollows fell to the footpath. She died at the hospital from injuries to her head. PALMERSTON NORTH, 20th July. Maria Haley, ,74, while returning from tho demonstrations in the. evening, was knocked down by a car driven by Arthur Jessop, taxi-driver, of Rongotea. She died-on,the way ,to the hospital.
