The police have arrested a Frenchman who edited a newspaper in the Department of the Aisne, and collected gold for the Germans. He betrayed a number of Frenchmen who were endeavouring to escape and rejoin the army. Latterly- he lived in a grand style, and he owns a racehorse. , . .
