The Daily Telegraph's Copenhagen correspondent reports that Lettish troops under General Ballod captured Riga, and occupied a bridge over the Dwina, thus cutting off the retreat of the German Baltic militia.

Advices from Ekaterinoslav state that the Kuban Cossacks captrmed four thousand Bolsheviks and many guns, while the Don Cossacks captured fifteen hundii'ed prisoners.

A report from the Bolsheviks states that they have evacuated Ekaterinoslav, and are retreating southward of Tsaritsyn, under pressure of Denikon's forces.
