BILLS TO BE BROUGHT DOWN IN
ENGLAND,

LONDON, 17th June.
As a result of Sir B. S. Home's conference with the National Industrial Council's Committees, representing the employers and workers, the Government is arranging to introduce Bills fixing, a forty-eight and fifty-hour maximum in industrial and commercial Occupations, and also minimum wages.
