"The Wine Growers."
A real attractive display is made at the present show at Palmerston North by the well-known Hastings wine growers—A. J. Vidal and Son. This is located in No. 2 Hall, and the excellent manner in. which the product of Sunny Hawkes Bay is shown,, reflects the greatest credit on the firm, as well as being a big advertisement for the district from whence they come. Messrs. Vidal and Son have a very extensive business, and are noted for the high-class quality of their wines, which, it may be noted, are. in big demand throughout all parts of the Dominion. Visitors to the show are invited to call at the firm's stand, and sample their fine Port wine, Madeira, claret, hock, and sherry, all of which are of the highest quality, and proves the firm's capabilities in placing on the market a New Zealand wine superior in every respect to the imported article. The firm also stock high quality cigars, including Havanna, Flor de Ricardo, Rothchilds' Torpados,. and several other choice lines. Call, and get a quote, and sample the famous Hawkes Bay wines.
