' Ie is reported that Cabinet will seek to raise £1,000,000,000 by means of the forthcoming Victory Loan. (Received June 11, 10 a.m.) LONDON, XOth June. It is expected that a modified form of premium bonds :will be introduced into the coming Victory Loan. There will probably be annual drawings, by which the bonds drawn may be redeemed with j'a bomis. , )
