Messrs. J. H. Bethune and Co., will sell furniture on Tuesday, at 1 p.m. On Thursday at their rooms, FeatherstonStreet, at 2.30 p.m., they will submit Nos. 2 and 4, Willis-street.

The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency C 0.., Ltd., will hold a sale of stock at Upper Hutt on Wednesday.

Messrs. Longmore and Co. will sell an 14th May, at 2.30 p.m., in the Oddfellows' Hall, 203,'Lambton-quay, three 6-Oomed houses, in Cambridge-terrace; also a i-acre block near Scots College, Miramar.

Messrs. Williams and Co., Ltd., Courtenay-place, will sell !by auction on Tuesday next furniture and pianos, and on Friday blacksmith's tools and general.

Messrs. S. George Nathan and Co. will sell on tho 29th, at their rooms, 105, Customhouse-quay, two city business sites at Stout and Ballance streets. On the 6th May they will offer a. residence and vacant sections at Lower Hutt; also a 9-roomed residence in Hobson-street.

Messrs. A L. Wilson and Co. will sell furniture and piano at No. 56, Pipitea-street on Tuesday, at .1.30 p.m., and sections in Clifton-terrace on 7th May, at 2.30 p.m. Messrs. Radford and Co. will hold a sale of furniture, etc., at their, rooms, 43 and 45, Manners-street, to-morrow. Messrs. Harcourt and Co. will offer for sale on 7th May a 6-roomed dwelling, 134, Onepu-road.

Messrs. E. Johnston and Co. will sell ' furniture on ' Wednesday, at 10 a.m., in their mart, " and in the afternoon at 4, Hadfield-terrace, Kelburn ; on Thursday at 10 a.m. at 547, Adelaide-road, and in the afternoon at 1 p.m. at 97, Upland-road, Kelburn ; on Friday at 10.30, at 116, Oriental Bay. On Tuesday on the groilnd, Ebor-street, they will submit a woodturner's stock.
