Long jump : P. K. Ryan (Victoria), 18ft 9i-m, 1; M. Quilken (Otago), 2; Lowe (Victoria College), 3. The Tennis Championships were resumed, but play was spoiled by the strong wind and showers. Results :
Ladies' Doubles.—&cmi-flnul: Misses Knight and Egerton (Auckland) beat Misses Virtue and King (Ota,go), 9-5. Combined Doubles.—Semi-final: Atmore and Mias. Waklio (Victoria) beat Angus and Misa Willcox (Canterbury), 7-9, 6-1, 6-4. Kincaid and Miss Archibald (Canterbury) beat Allison and MUs Day (Otago), 8-6, 5-7, 6-3. Ladies' Singles.—Semi-final : Misa Willcox (Canterbury) beat Miss Applegate (Otago), 9-5. "
