(It KLRGRAPH.—PRBES ASSOCIATION.! LEVIN, 22nd April* While cycling in Oxford-street "at 8 o clock last evening, a well-known* local master tailor, Mr.. X; Frechtlingi wae run down by a motor-car, -the driver of which did not stop; after the accident, but went full speed down the road, dragging the bicycle/ which was entangled in the car. Mr. Frechtling was seriously injured, sustaining'a'bad fracture of the ekull. He was removed to the O'taki Hospital, and his condition' is1 critical. . • '
